Jan started with Title One, Inc. in 2001, and has been working with the company in
   numerous roles since then, ranging from computer system administration and title
   examination to his current role as commercial closer and client services. He also has
   spent time working with former sister company, Title One Commercial, Inc. and the law
   firm Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. of Duluth, Minnesota. He graduated
   Summa Cum Laude from Northern Michigan University, in Marquette, Michigan, and currently
   is finishing his final year of law school at Hamline University School of Law, set to graduate
   in May 2007

   Jan handles all types of closings, but his main focus is commercial transactions and
   §1031 exchanges.
