Renee is the General Counsel and Vice-President of Compliance for Title One, Inc. She
   graduated from Hamline University School of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in
   1996. Renee started her career in real estate as an examiner at Burnet Title where she
   worked from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, Renee joined the Title One, Inc. team where she was
   responsible for examination, underwriting assessments and Production Management. Since
   2001, Renee has focused on underwriting and business risk assessment, construction
   disbursement and audits and compliance on complex real estate transactions.

   Renee is a member of the Minnesota chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, the
   Minnesota Land Title Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
